In November 2021, we visited some refugees and displaced persons in Lagos, to donate some food items and toiletries.
During the visit, CHEF’s Co-founder, Jasmine Asekome, dialogued with the women present at the gathering on issues and challenges they experience daily post COVID-19.
Among some of the challenges were food supplies, educational support and livelihood support, which she documented.
After the insightful meeting, she presented the food materials and toiletries to families represented and they thanked her and the team for not forgetting them.
The women prayed for more support and for the CHEF team. Thanks to our super donor for a successful outreach today.
